Suspected Batavia Burglar Charged With Seven Additional Counts
A Genesee County man already under arrest for a New Year's Day burglary is facing additional charges.
Police in Batavia have charged 19-year-old Francis Smith with seven additional counts of burglary. Police say Smith committed burglaries in homes throughout the city of Batavia.
He's currently being held in the Genesee County Jail on bail related to his initial arrest.
