Now that you've laced up the right shoes, you're almost ready to start running. In this Child Wellness Wednesday Series, Ready, Set, Run, we're following ten adolescent girls as they go from never running before to completing a 5K. Step one was getting a proper shoe fit. Step two is teaching children about warm-ups, cool downs and stretching. YNN's Katie Gibas has more.
