In this Child Wellness Wednesday Series, “Ready, Set, Run,” we're following ten adolescent girls as they go from never running before to completing a 5K. Step one was getting a proper shoe fit. Step two was teaching children about warm-ups, cool downs and stretching. Step three is teaching children how to use good form when running. YNN's Katie Gibas has more.
