With her six under par, Shanshan Feng became the first person from mainland China to win a major golf championship.

"It's just amazing that I just won a major and that is my first win on the LPGA and it's a major. I'm really happy and I've seen what Yani winning helped Taiwanese golf so, hopefully, my win is going to let more juniors in China to pick up golf," says Wegmans LPGA Champion, Shanshan Feng.

Stacy Lewis was the top American. One of four golfers to finish two stroke behind Feng.

"I left a bunch out there every single day and I was just proud of the way I hung in there, grinded it out," said Stacy Lewis. "I love this golf course, I love coming here, the fans are amazing and hopefully, we'll see you back next year again."

Fan favorite Paula Creamer was in contention going into the final day, but an up an down final round left her four behind the leader.

"I hit the ball well, definitely, like I said, I had a chance , that's for sure," says Paula Creamer, LPGA Golfer.
