The Bills get the benefit of a couple extra days to sit on their Thursday night win. The team has ten days to rest up before beginning the home stretch - and hoping to turn the Dolphins win into a rally.

It's important not to over analyze Thursday night games, which is ironic seeing how it's the only game of the night with plenty of extra days to talk about it. On Thursdays, it always seems like we're watching one tired team beat another in an ugly fashion. So - should we be concerned that the Bills offense was held out of the end zone for the second time in their last three games? The Bills had four trips deep into Miami territory and had to settle for field goals each time.

"With it being a Thursday night game, and the normal preparation might have had a little bit to do with what went on down there," said Ryan Fitzpatrick. "But we just have to continue to work at it. I do not think that is a weakness for us. I see that as a strength and hopefully we just continue to get better at it as we go forward."

"It does not really matter because we got the win, but I think we could have showed how powerful our offense can be," added Stevie Johnson. "We had a lot of matchups as far as one-on-ones out there on the field. I think we could have exploited it a little bit more. We got the win so it is a relief."

When we look back at the Bills' five point win over Miami, that early Leodis McKelvin return is certainly the play that sticks out to us. Special teams scores can have a tremendous impact on a game, and this one's importance really can't be overstated.

For the second time this season, McKelvin got his hands on a punt and it was a done deal - taking the ball 79 yards for the opening score and setting the Bills up with a lead they would not relinquish. The defensive back has had an up and down year in coverage, but has made his impact with 22 yards per return.

"When he goes out there I feel like he is going to return every kick for a touchdown," said Chan Gailey. "I guess I am kind of shocked when he does not. That is how much confidence I have in him. I think he has…He looks like he is trying to return every kick for a touchdown right now instead of hoping to make some yards."

"Every time I get the ball, I feel like anything can happen," McKelvin told the media. "Anything can happen as far as me making the big play and things like that. With the guys that's blocking for me, they love blocking for me. You can tell they like blocking for me, so they're going to go out there and do their job."
