Brownfield site meetings begin tonight
BUFFALO, N.Y. -- The city of Buffalo wants anyone who cares about the future of Buffalo's waterfronts to take part in the latest round of planning meetings starting this evening.
Buffalo was awarded three grants from the state to do studies at brownfield sites.
The studies are being led by the city of Buffalo Mayor's Office of Strategic Planning.
The Buffalo Harbor will be the focus of this evening's meeting at 6 p.m. at the Buffalo Waterfront School.
A meeting on The Buffalo River Corridor will be held held tomorrow evening, followed by the Tonawanda Street Corridor on Thursday.
