One man is dead after an ATV overturned in Allegany County Saturday morning.
State Police say Dale Cotton, 50, was driving an ATV near Brynes Hill Road just before 9:30 a.m. Saturday, when the ATV overturned, pinning him under the vehicle.
Police say Cotton was not wearing a helmet, and suffered head trauma. He was taken to Jones Memorial Hospital where he died.
No one else was injured in the crash. State Police are investigating.
