CHAUTAUQUA, N.Y. -- The Chautauqua Lake Idol contest hit a high note Monday night as the final four vocalists took to the floating stage in Bemus Point.

Chautauqua Lake Idol started the summer with 18 local performers competing for prizes.
The finalists each performed two songs, ranging in origins from Tina Turner to Jason Mraz.
In the end, it was Heather Pawlak that took home the title.
