BUFFALO, N.Y. -- An Erie County jury has convicted a man of burglary in the second degree for a day time invasion of the faith based Fellowship Shelter on William Street in Buffalo.

The burglary happened in October of last year. Ernest Brown, 29, was previously convicted of second degree assault. He faces up to 15 years in prison when he is sentenced in September.
