ELBA, N.Y. -- In Genesee County, State Police are investigating a crash that injured two people when a motorcycle and minivan collided. Troopers said a minivan was turning into a driveway on Barrville Road in Elba when the motorcycle crashed into it.

The driver and passenger were thrown from the bike. They were taken by Mercy Flight to Strong Hospital. A child in the van was taken to United Memorial Medical Center in Batavia as a precaution. No charges have been filed as of yet.
