A store in Genesee County that was raided last month for bath salts and synthetic marijuana was cleaned out by its owners Wednesday night.
The 420 Emporium in Batavia was raided by law enforcement after workers sold synthetic drugs to undercover officers. It was closed immediately following the raid.
A woman protested the store after she claimed her son was addicted to drugs allegedly sold by employees there.
New York banned the sale of synthetic drugs and bath salts earlier this month.
