CATTARAUGUS COUNTY -- Cattaraugus County Sheriff's officials say they're speaking with a person of interest connected to Friday night's fatal shooting in Great Valley.

Sheriff's deputies say 58-year-old Henry Ackley was shot and killed inside his home.

Yesterday, members of the drug task force and sheriff's deputies combed the perimeter of the home on Route 417 looking for clues.

Neighbors say, Ackley was a good neighbor, and they're upset by the loss.

“I mean just a plain old everyday nice guy. You would want him for your neighbor for life because he would constantly watch out for you,” said Ackley's friend Colleen Swanson.

Sheriff's deputies say their investigation is continuing.
