Seventeen-year-old pleads guilty to stealing a truck at gunpoint
BUFFALO, N.Y. — A 17-year-old from Buffalo has pleaded guilty to burglary, robbery and weapons charges in connection with three incidents this past spring and summer.
According to the Erie County District Attorney's Office, Brandon Jones stole a truck at gunpoint and attempted to rob an East Side home during two separate incidents back in May.
They say he also admitted to owning a loaded, sawed-off shotgun back in August.
Jones faces a maximum of 29 years in state prison when sentenced later in November.
