Inmate charged with trying to smuggle drugs into Attica
ATTICA, N.Y. — New York State Police have arrested an inmate on drug charges for an incident that happened at Attica Correctional Facility in August.
Joshua D. Biaselli, 28, was arrested on November 15th. Currently, he is inmate of Upstate Correctional Facility in Malone.
Biaselli was arrested for allegedly attempting to smuggle crack-cocaine into Attica, where he was housed in August.
He was arraigned and returned to the custody of corrections personnel.
Biaselli is currently serving a sentence on a felony DWI charge out of Orleans County.
