Arrest made in N. Tonawanda woman's death
NORTH TONAWANDA, N.Y. - North Tonawanda Police have made an arrest in connection with a death of a woman earlier this week.
North Tonawanda Police say 32 year old Brian Lowry has been arrested and charged in the murder of 34 year old Heather Rylowicz. Rylowicz was found dead in her Lincoln Street home Wednesday. An autopsy done Friday ruled her death a homicide. Lowry was charged with second degree murder.
YNN spoke with Rylowicz's father Friday as he visited her house last night to say goodbye.
"It's really hard. You should not have to bury your kids before you. They should be burying us, not us burying them," Frank Rylowicz, Heather's father said.
Funeral arrangements have not yet been made.
