BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Buffalo developer is taking new steps to revitalize the Queen City.
Rocco Termini says he's looking at two locations – one on Elmwood and another on Groat Street – to create new loft spaces in the city.
Termini presented his plans to the public at the Northwest Community Center on Wednesday night.
He says the new project is in lieu of the re-developing the AM&A's building, and says he already has plans to transfer tenants to the new location.
"We're accomplishing the same thing only in a different area and we're getting the amount of tax credits that we need," said Termini.
Termini says even if he was offered the needed tax credits for the AM&A's building in the future, he's still not sure whether he would return to work on the project.
