Doctor charged with sexual relations involving patient
DEPEW, N.Y. — A doctor practicing in Depew was charged last week after authorities say he had sexual relations with a patient.
Dharam Paul Garg, 62, of Clarence was charged with multiple sex offenses Friday by the State Attorney General's Office.
The Attorney General's Office says the patient recorded a sexual encounter that happened November 9th on her cell phone and gave it to authorities.
Garg told investigators he'd repeatedly engaged in sexual acts with the patient over a two-year period.
He's out on $50,000 bail and is due back in Depew Village Court Wednesday.
