Three accused of stealing Christmas trees in Allegany County
ANDOVER, N.Y. — Three would-be Grinches were arrested Sunday morning after State Police in Allegany County they tried to steal Christmas trees in Andover.
Angiline Palmiter, 28, and Victoria Greene, 36, were arrested after the two allegedly tried to throw the tree at its owner.
Troopers also arrested 27-year-old Derek Hodgkins, who is accused of stealing an additional tree with the two earlier that night.
All three face larceny charges, while Greene and Palmiter also face charges of reckless endangerment.
