Prostitution charge against woman who appeared on 'Wife Swap' dropped
PEMBROKE, N.Y. — Prostitution charges have been dropped against a local woman best known for an appearance on a reality TV show.
Alicia Guastaferro, 21, of Williamsville had been charged with prostitution, drug possession, and criminal impersonation. This, after she was found asleep in a car at the Pembroke service area this past August.
The Genesee County District Attorney's Office says the prostitution charged was dropped at a Pembroke Town Court appearance Tuesday night.
State Police say she told them the man she was with, 54-year-old James Doyle, paid her twice a month to have sex.
Doyle was previously charged with patronizing a prostitute, which has since been dropped, DWI and serving alcohol to a minor.
Guastaferro was on an episode of ABC's "Wife Swap" when she was 15.
