ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Restaurants across the region Dined Out for Hope Wednesday to raise money for the Hunter's Hope Foundation.
Danny's South was among the restaurants participating and fans gathered for what they called the Jim Kelly party.
Thirty dollars purchased all the drinks and Danny's signature chicken wing soup patrons could eat.
Raffle items included Danny's gift certificates, Bills jerseys, footballs, and trading cards all signed by the Bills great himself.
"Yeah, we've had a long standing with Hunter's Hope," said Dan Prenoveau, Danny's Owner. "It is in Orchard Park, it is a charity very close to us. Every chance we get to donate money, that's generally one of the first charities we go to."
All other participating restaurants donated 12-percent of their proceeds Wednesday to the charity.
