CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY, N.Y. -- State Police in Fredonia are investigating a fatal one car crash. It happened on Route 394 south of the Village of Westfield just before 3 p.m. Wednesday.

Troopers say Trudy Williams, 58, of Clymer, drifted onto the shoulder and hit a utility bucket truck, as well as two men from CTS Telecommunications. Billy Johnson, 49, of Ohio, hit his head on the bucket and was pronounced dead at the scene. Nathaniel Bailey, 26, of West Virginia was taken to Westfield Memorial Hospital with internal injuries.

The driver of the car was also taken to the hospital as a precaution.
