JAMESTOWN, N.Y. — Two Jamestown men are accused of trafficking heroin into the city.

Police say Carlos Velez Junior, 23; and Felix Rodriguez-Gomez, 27, were arrested Thursday night on East Second Street. Police say they possessed heroin and some money.

The two are charged with possession of a controlled substance.
