Jamestown man accused of kicking State Trooper after crash
JAMESTOWN, N.Y. — A Jamestown man faces numerous charges following a three-car crash. The crash happened Thursday at the intersection of Buffalo and East 2nd streets in Jamestown.

State Police say one of the drivers, 32-year old Robert Kost, was driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs.

During the arrest, police say Kost kicked one of the troopers several times and had to be subdued.

Kost was charged with resisting arrest, DWI and harassment.

Police say this is the second time in two months that Kost has been arrested for DWI related to an accident.
