Buffalo man pleads guilty to possessing child pornography
BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Buffalo man has pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography.
Kevin Baron, 42, pleaded guilty in federal court Tuesday.
A search warrant was executed at Baron's home in March of 2012 and prosecutors say they found 600 images of child porn on DVDs and Baron's computer. According to prosecutors, some of the images were violent.
Baron faces up to 10 years in prison and a fine of $250,000 if convicted.
