According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office, there have been numerous instances in the north end of the county where someone is knocking on doors and asking for a specific person, or saying they're delivering a package.

If you see any suspicious vehicles or people in your neighborhood, you're asked to call the Sheriff's Office at (716) 753-2131.
