Chris Kelsay retiring
ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Defensive end Chris Kelsay is retiring after spending his entire 10-year career with the Buffalo Bills.

Kelsay told General Manager Buddy Nix on Wednesday, according to the Bills.

The Bills drafted the Nebraska Cornhusker in the second round in 2003. He played 147 games, totaling 32.5 sacks. His career high was 5.5 in 2006.

He finished last season on the injured reserve list; and there were plenty of questions as to whether he fit in with new defensive coordinator Mike Pettine's system.

Chris Kelsay, retiring at the age of 33, was one of the class players in the Bills organization.
